The Propertync Awards are open to all property developers, builders, estate agents, interior designers, and architects in North Cyprus. Properties still under development are eligible to enter at any stage of construction, provided planning approval has been granted.
Each entry is meticulously evaluated by a distinguished panel of experts from across the property industry. To honor the accomplishments of our participants, we host an exclusive gala night, where winners are celebrated for their excellence and contribution to the industry.
Start by registering online to create your account. Complete the required details and set up your username and password. Once your account is created, you can begin by selecting your group and categories, and complete the payment process by reviewing your entries and confirming your selections. Once the payment is confirmed, you can continue with the awards entry process, where you’ll provide detailed information about your submissions.
When submitting your entry for a specific category, it is important to upload all required materials and documents in accordance with the category's specific criteria. To support you throughout this process, you will be assigned an awards advisor who will ensure that your submission meets all requirements.

The jury member will assess design quality, visualization, presentation features, category compliance, images, and descriptive text, among other aspects. Based on this preliminary check, your project will either be approved or rejected, and you'll be notified via email.
Your entry will be evaluated against all criteria for the specific category you selected and rated by an international & national panel of judges.
A Grand Final gala event is hosted, where attendees enjoy a champagne reception and gala dinner, with the awards announcements.

The first step is to register using our online form:
Choose a Category – To begin, a list of award categories will be displayed to you from which you must choose the one that best fits your project
Fill in details for your category & add the entry to your basket - Once you have chosen the category you wish to submit for, complete all the required fields, select an entry type, and then click on the "add" button. By clicking the "add" button, the entry will be added to your cart, and you can add several categories if you wish.
Checkout & Payment - Once you have added all the desired categories to your cart, click the "checkout" button to proceed to the checkout phase. You will then be directed to a secure form where you will need to provide your billing and contact details. Finally, select your preferred payment method, either by card or bank transfer, and then click on the "submit entry" button to complete your purchase. Payment, if applicable, will be processed at this stage. Once your submission has been received, an entry confirmation screen will be presented to you, and an award advisor will contact you shortly to begin the next stage of your award entry process.
