HOW WE JUDGE THE AWARDS
Each Awards event, our diverse team of independent judges brings their expertise to evaluate hundreds of entries for the Propertync Awards. The judging panel consists of a diverse group of judges, including 35% from TRNC, 35% from Turkey, and 30% from international backgrounds across various fields of expertise, assigned to evaluate entries in their specific fields and categories.
The judges remain impartial, evaluating each entry solely based on its merits without considering prior reputation or related factors. They analyze each section of the entries and allocate points accordingly. Once all sections are reviewed, the points are totaled, and those with the highest scores are shortlisted.
After compiling all the information, the judges hold a final meeting to carefully review the entries. During this meeting, the judging panel discusses each portfolio in detail as a group. The evaluation period then begins, and the final results are revealed to the winners during the Award Ceremony. (Recipients do not know which specific award they have won until the ceremony.)

Online Registration
Start by registering online, or you can download an entry form. Select your categories and entry types.

Online Submission (Awards advisor & Entry Packs)
You will be assigned an awards advisor who will be available to assist you throughout the entry process and help ensure that your submission meets all requirements. Additionally, you will receive entry packs that contain important information about the criteria and marking process for your chosen category, along with detailed rules and guidelines for your entry.

Preliminary Check
After you submit your project, a jury member will conduct a preliminary check to provide insights. This consultancy service is free, and you'll receive constructive feedback on how to improve your submission.
The jury member will assess design quality, visualization, presentation features, category compliance, images, and descriptive text, among other aspects. Based on this preliminary check, your project will either be approved or rejected, and you'll be notified via email. If your project is rejected, the jury member will offer constructive suggestions to help you enhance your submission.

Entry Evaluation (International Judging)
Your entry will be evaluated against all criteria for the specific category you selected and rated by an international panel of judges.

Awards Gala Night (Winners Selection)
A Grand Final gala event is hosted, where attendees enjoy a champagne reception and gala dinner, with the awards announcements.
